Every new client starts with a welcome visit with Sheree, the owner of The Cat Care Co. We will be in touch to arrange this approximately 3 weeks before your booking begins.

During the visit, Sheree will:

​

• Go through your booking and contractual documents.

• Record detailed information about your pets and their routines.

• Create a video walkthrough of your home.

• Collect your house key.

Your sitter receives the care notes and video walkthrough before their first visit, so they know exactly what your cat needs and where everything is.

​

We can also provide our qualifications, DBS checks and insurance details on request.

Want to meet your sitter?

​

If Sheree is not your sitter, and you'd like to meet the sitter who will be visiting your cat, just let us know when arranging your welcome visit. We can then allow enough time for a separate key-collection visit before you go away.

​

A £5 key-collection fee applies to cover the sitter's additional time and travel.

​

We'll also set up a WhatsApp chat with your sitter, giving you an easy way to communicate with them throughout your booking.
