All prices are per visit and include travel time, mileage, insurance, administration and applicable taxes.

Essential – £12 (2027 - no change)
15 minutes
Ideal for feeding, fresh water, litter tray refresh, and a quick welfare check for 1-2 pets.
Standard – £15 (2027 - £16)
30 minutes
All of the essentials, plus time for extra play & company, or for 3-4 pets.
Plus - £18.50 (2027 - £20)
45 minutes
All the benefits of a Standard visit, with additional time for medication or detailed care, or for 5-6 pets
Extra - £22 (2027 - £24)
60 minutes
All of the above, plus time for outdoor enrichment* (where permitted), extra reassurance, or households with 6+ pets.
Mix & Match
You are welcome to combine two visit lengths within the same booking. For example, you might opt for 15-minutes in the morning and 30-minutes in the evening.
Timed feeder hire
£1 per day
Ideal for providing an additional meal and helping maintain your cat’s normal feeding routine.
This guide gives an indication of the tasks that can be completed and the number of pets that can usually be cared for during each visit length. If your needs differ, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss the best option for you.
Please note: Our maximum visit length is 60 minutes. Visits of 45 & 60 minutes are only available when our availability is green.
* While we can facilitate outdoor access during the visit, we cannot extend visits beyond the booked time if your cat has not returned indoors.
