We know that pet-sitting visits can be both a necessity and a luxury — and that every pet has their own unique routine, personality and needs. That’s why we offer a range of flexible visit options, allowing you to mix and match durations within the same day. We provide up to two visits per day (morning and evening), giving your pets consistent, reliable care while you’re away.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due the day before care begins.

Our Visit Prices

Prices are per visit. We do not charge extra for additional animals; however, for households with five or more animals, a minimum 30-minute visit is required to ensure we have sufficient time to meet all welfare needs.​

• Essential – £10 (Up to 15 minutes)

• Standard – £14 (30 minutes)

• Plus – £18 (45 minutes)

• Extra – £22 (60 minutes)

Additional Services

• Timed Feeder Hire – £1 per day

• Key Collection – £5 (Not charged for first-time clients)

Christmas & Bank Holiday Policy

​

During the Christmas and New Year period, we are able to offer one 15-minute morning visit only on the following dates:

​

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day (charged at double time)

• Boxing Day (charged at double time)

• New Year’s Eve

• New Year’s Day (charged at double time)

To help your cat remain comfortable during this period, you may wish to provide a timed feeder and additional litter tray(s).

We can also hire these items if needed, at £1 per item, per day, subject to availability.
