A little note about longer visits...
45 and 60-minute visits are limited to one client per morning and one client per evening session. This allows us enough time to get around our other clients’ homes and give every cat the care they deserve.
Additional Charges
Key Collection
If we need to collect your keys before your booking, a £5 key collection fee will be added to your invoice.
Optional Extras
We offer a number of optional extras which you can add to your booking, including the hire of timed feeders and interactive pet cameras. To find out more, click here.
Join our key client scheme
Our Key Client Scheme gives you early access to our booking calendar, allowing you to book 3 months before anyone else, plus 5% off all future bookings, no £5 key collection fee and one timed feeder included free with each booking (if required)
For a one-off £20 administration fee, we'll securely store your key, giving you a spare if you ever lose yours and allowing us to continue caring for your cats if your return home is delayed, subject to capacity.
