Key Client setup fee

​

Existing clients who would like to become a Key Client can do so for a one-off £20 setup fee. This covers the time and travel involved in collecting your spare key and setting up your Key Client status.

New clients can become eligible for Key Client status after their first booking with us.

A little note about priority access

​

Key Clients receive the earliest access to our booking diary, with bookings available up to 12 months in advance.

​

Priority access means you have the opportunity to secure your dates before other clients — it does not guarantee availability.

We have a capped daily capacity to protect the welfare of our team and the pets in our care, so once we're fully booked, we're unable to accept additional visits.

​

We always recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for school holidays, summer and other peak periods.​​
