How it works

​

Booking with us is simple and personal.. Once you’ve checked availability and decide the package you'd like, just message us via email, text, WhatsApp or social media. We’ll arrange a free welcome visit in the weeks before your booking, where we’ll meet you and your pets, go through their routine, and record everything in our bespoke app — which you’ll also have owner access to.

To secure your booking, we take a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due the day before care begins.
